Rietvlei Precinct

Rietvlei Precinct, located in Irene, Centurion along the R21 and opposite Route 21 Corporate Park, spans 18.7 hectares and is being developed in a phased approach to meet the growing demand for high-quality industrial and commercial space.

Phase 1 – Rietvlei Business Park, in active development, will deliver premium industrial, warehousing, and distribution facilities with flexible configurations suited to a wide range of operational requirements. Rietvlei Business Park will be approximately 2 500m² - 18 000m²

Phase 2 – Rietvlei Hub will expand the precinct with additional industrial and commercial opportunities designed for logistics, distribution centres, data centres, and other large-scale operations.

Across the precinct, tenants and visitors will benefit from ample secure parking, controlled access, and a safe, efficiently managed environment. A future phase is also planned to accommodate long-term growth and evolving market needs.
